Favourite Coca-Cola Hellenic Product: Monster
I started in Coca-Cola in April 2008 just after I finished studying Business in the Athlone Institute of Technology. My expectations starting a career with one of the biggest brand in the world was how I could develop my ambitions to succeed as a top sales person. These ambitions were met with a high level of training, coaching, mentoring and goodwill from all within the organisation. I started as a merchandiser in the Midlands before moving to an Area Customer Developer in the South East. I then moved to a Market Developer in Dublin where I am to date. My current role involves developing a sales route to meet all company targets.
"I am proud to be an ambassador of Coca-Cola Hellenic Ireland"
The main responsibilities I have are to meet monthly sales targets, develop relationships with customers on a day to day basis and also work as an ambassador for the company, and a mentor for new Market Developers within my route. The ability to take relationships from a foundation level to alliance level has helped me greatly along with the passion to succeed and ability to listen to the advice of all managers I have had throughout my career. My advice to someone starting a career in Coca-Cola is to listen to all the advice you get from you mentors and put the effort into developing all areas of opportunity to achieve all your goals.
